The team will be led by Khaled Abu-Nasrah, an executive with over 35 years of experience in mega developments, project management, engineering, procurement, and construction businesses. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, business establishment, and leadership across various industries, including commercial and mixed-use developments, large-scale infrastructure, government and defense projects, residential real estate, and oil & gas and process facilities.

From 1991 to 2014, Khaled held key leadership roles at KBR Inc., where he served as President and CEO for the Middle East and North Africa regions. He led the organization across multiple business units, overseeing project delivery, joint ventures, and regional entities. As the most senior executive in the region, Khaled represented KBR as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, or Board Member in various ventures, ensuring that projects were executed safely, on schedule, and within financial targets. 

From 2015 to 2020, Khaled served as CEO of the Project Management Business Unit at Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) and was a member of the Corporate Executive Committee. He directly oversaw the development of projects exceeding SAR 35 billion, managing a diverse portfolio that included mega regional malls, community malls, hotels, and large residential communities and towers. He was responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from inception and design to delivery, commissioning, and handover. His leadership extended to new developments, expansions, redevelopments, and extensive annual CapEx and OpEx programs. During his seven years at MAF, Khaled successfully delivered developments valued at over SAR 12 billion.

From 2020 to 2022, Khaled served as Chief Advisor to the Haram Expansion Program with the Royal Commission for Makkah City (RCMC). In this role, he provided strategic leadership to one of the most significant infrastructure programs in the region. Khaled led the development of comprehensive strategies, master programs, integrated schedules, and innovative contracting frameworks for the Third Expansion of Makkah Grand Mosque, encompassing construction, operations and maintenance (O&M), transportation networks, telecommunications, and digital transformation initiatives. He worked closely with high-level stakeholders and governmental entities, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic vision, long-term sustainability, and the highest global standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. His strategic oversight and decision-making were instrumental in the successful execution and long-term sustainability of the program.

In 2023–2024, Khaled served as President of ACGC (Arabian Castles for General Contracting), a key subsidiary of ASYAD Holding Group. In this role, he held full P&L responsibility for both the Construction and O&M divisions. Khaled drove ACGC’s strategic growth and operational excellence, leading initiatives to expand its footprint in high-value sectors such as defense, energy, and giga projects. Under his leadership, ACGC enhanced its market presence, forged strategic partnerships, and executed large-scale projects, solidifying its position as a leading player in the regional construction industry.

Khaled Abu-Nasrah’s remarkable career reflects his ability to lead complex, high-impact projects and transformations, deliver financial and operational success, and drive organizational growth in challenging and dynamic markets. His roles have also encompassed structuring complex long-term deals, driving growth initiatives into new markets through acquisitions or organic strategies, business development, investments, and managing high-value projects and pursuits - many valued at multiple billions of USD. Additionally, Khaled has overseen the delivery and execution of each project as a Sponsor, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, safe execution, and successful outcomes.
